Description
This project is aimed at investigating different lipids that are produced by the human gut microbiota to understand their presentation and recognition mechanism by T cells, in particular, Natural Killer T cells.
We would employ X-ray crystallography and biophysical techniques to unravel the molecular interactions underpinning T cell recognition.
