Understanding the long-term care and outcomes of older people following stroke - a data linkage study

Description 
This is a sub study within a larger NHMRC funded data linkage project. The aim of the sub study will be to utilise population data to understand the use of community and hospital-based care in older people following stroke and how this influences long-term outcomes such as survival and entry to residential aged care.
