The role of GPR75 in body weight control and behaviour

Description
Recently, novel genetic variants of GPR75 were discovered to be associated with leanness in large genome wide associated studies. This is the first gene linked to genetic leanness. This project will use novel mouse model to explore the functions of GPR75 and its role in body weight regulation.
