Quality of life and health needs of breast and colorectal cancer survivors

Description
This project involves a qualitative content analysis of one open-ended question in the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre (VCCC) patient reported outcomes survey. The work will include (1) a qualitative content analysis of the breast and colorectal data and (2) a literature review of the cancer survivorship needs of breast and colorectal cancer survivors. At the completion of this project, this data will be combined with other tumour types (prostate, melanoma and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma) and will be analysed by geographical location (rural, urban) and years post diagnosis (1,3,5 years).
