Personalised Medicine in Cardiovascular Disease (systematic reviews)

Description 
The Victorian Heart Institute (VHI) is seeking a highly motivated student to conduct a systematic review on personalised medicine in cardiovascular disease, with a focus on either 1. 'omics/genetics, 2. behavioural or 3. health systems. Personalised medicine aims to tailor prevention, diagnosis, and treatment strategies to individual patients based on genetic, clinical, and lifestyle factors. This project will involve systematically reviewing existing literature to assess current advancements, challenges, and future directions in the field. The successful candidate will gain experience in evidence synthesis, critical appraisal, and academic writing, with the potential for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. They will work closely with experts in cardiovascular research and personalised medicine at VHI.
