Mapping territory of superior cerebellar artery

Description
Knowledge of the topographic distribution of infarcts of the superior cerebellar artery (SCA) may give insight into the limits of the arterial territory and infarct mechanism. This project involves creating a map of the infarct topography of patients with occlusion of the superior cerebellar artery. This project will use method develop in our Lab. Learning objectives include handling MRI scans as nifti objects and performing segmentation and registration.
