Lived experience of Australian female paramedics

Description 
This project intends to describe the lived experience of female paramedics. Australian female paramedics, having in recent times and now in some states of Australia, representing 40-50% of the workforce. However, what remains unresolved is a description of their lived experience, where historically paramedicine has been a male-dominated occupation.
