Description
Hackathons are increasingly used in higher education to deliver authentic, industry-focused learning that builds career-ready skills.
This honours project offers the opportunity to evaluate a VicHealth-sponsored hackathon using a mixed-methods design, combining quantitative data analysis with the collection and analysis of qualitative data to assess the hackathon's impact and outcomes.
You'll join a multidisciplinary supervisory team and gain hands-on experience in evaluation design and data analysis, skills highly valued across research, industry, and public health careers. The project also offers genuine opportunities for engagement with industry and sector-wide stakeholders, making it an excellent platform to build your professional network alongside your research skills.
