Drivers of multi-drug resistance in prostate cancer

Description
The most aggressive forms of prostate cancer demonstrate resistance to multiple types of cancer drugs. We have performed RNA-sequencing on a large panel of tumours isolated from men with multi-drug resistant prostate cancer. These data will be mined to identify potential mechanisms of cross-resistance to common and experimental therapies for prostate cancer. Basic proficiency with programming and/or statistical analysis required.
