Description
Lifestyle management (diet, physical activity and/or behavioural advice) is crucial for improving the health of the population for weight and chronic disease management. Electronic and mobile health (e and m health) strategies are increasingly used either as tools to support assessment of lifestyle strategies and for low intensity remote delivery tools for conducting lifestyle interventions.
This project will involve the development of e and m health lifestyle assessment and management to use in contexts including clinical care and community use for women and for women with higher risk conditions (eg polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome, cardiometabolic pregnancy complications, infertility or menopause). It will involve systematic reviews, stakeholder engagement, program development and delivery and implementation research.
