Determining the impact of COVID-19 on cancer diagnoses in Victoria

Description 
This study is intended to model the impact of COVID-19 on cancer diagnoses in Victoria. You will use data from the Victorian Cancer Registry to assess the extent to which cancer diagnoses have been impacted over the past 2 years. You will update previously developed modelling statistics and recalibrate the model using coded cancer diagnoses data from 2020. At the end of this project you will have gained skills in analysing cancer data, contributed to a friendly team at Cancer Council Victoria and undertaken research which has direct relevance to Victorian government. Data modelling undertaken in 2020 is being used to plan the recover path for Victoria's health services.
