Collaborative Registrar Education and Training Enhancement (CREATE)

Description
The CREATE project (Collaborative Registrar Education and Training Enhancement) is an innovative collaboration between The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and the Departments of General Practice at Monash and Melbourne Universities. It aims to use a participatory process to co-design and test innovations to optimise general practice (GP) training at two critical times: in-hospital experience and the transition to the first GP term. The goal is to optimise the educational experience, enhance learning, and improve work life. The research will focus on gathering data through interviews and forum groups, involving various stakeholders connected to GP training. The focus will be to identify, determine, and analyse the experiences of GP registrars during their first GP term. By participating, you will contribute to research that has the potential to create significant improvements in the training and overall experience of future GPs.
