Bayesian approach to penumbral imaging

Description
Traditionally, the ischemic penumbra has been analyses using volumetric approach. Information on neuroanatomy and vascular anatomy are not used in this approach. Here we propose a voxel based approach to evaluate the ischemic penumbra. The project will help inform clinician on the posterior probability of infarction given the location of penumbra. This idea is based on earlier works with mapping infarct. This project is suitable for Medical students or Physician (doctor) trainees.
