Description
Primary aldosteronism (PA) is the most common and potentially curable cause of hypertension. We are part of a multidisciplinary NHMRC funded team seeking to overcome barriers to the identification and management of PA in primary care. The area offers much for an individual keen to explore a new and complex field. The research student would have an opportunity to shape their own project from a series of studies being implemented in primary care over the next 3 years.
