TCR engineering in infectious and malignant disease

Description
We are developing a platform for TCR and antibody-antigen discovery and engineering by conventional serology and T-cell assays, multiplex antigen synthesis and serology assays and high-throughput antibody discovery via the Monash Antibody discovery platform. This project may involve cohort management (innovative sampling of humans at human-animal interfaces), antibody screening, antibody cloning or further in vitro testing. A strong component of this work is advanced data science involving artificial intelligence to design next generation antigen recognizing modules. These projects are designed for ambitious students willing to engage in interdisciplinary research with collaborators across the Monash ecosystem (including Faculty of IT, the BDI and others) and globally.
