Active living for people with disability in the new NDIS era

Description 
People with disability have the lowest participation in physical activity contributing to adverse health and well-being outcomes and complex and chronic disease. For people in rural areas choices and opportunities can be limited. The National Disability Insurance Scheme is one mechanism to help support people to improve their health and well-being and meet their personal goals and aspirations. How can the health and well-being of people with disability in rural areas be improved?
