Outcomes in SLE - Clinical

Description
Systemic Lupus Erythematous is a complex heterogeneous disease in which clinical measurement science needs more work. We chair a multinational group studying the worlds largest ever contemporary cohort of SLE patients, providing a rich database for analysis of research questions on clinical outcomes. Current goals include developing a new treatment response measure for SLE trials, and long term validation of our novel measures against mortality and quality of life, as well as projects on medication utility and healthcare cost.
