Same-day discharge following elective percutaneous coronary intervention: a nurse-coordinated implementation study

Description
We will adapt an existing pathway to the Victorian context. Then, we will use a stepped wedge cluster randomisation trial to test the feasibility of delivering the intervention (nurse-coordinated pathway). Our ultimate goal is to promote the use of same-day discharge in Victorian hospitals, therefore improving patient and carer outcomes and optimising hospital resources use.
