Audit of Outcomes with Expectant Management or Laser Treatment of Twin-to-Twin Transfusion Syndrome - Victorian Fetal Therapy Service

Description
Fetoscopic laser ablation of placental anastomosis is highly effective in the treatment of severe (stage 3 or greater) twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome. The Victorian Fetal Therapy Service (VFTS), a collaboration between three tertiary hospitals in Melbourne, provides a statewide service and performs all the fetal surgeries at Monash Health. In this retrospective audit, we will review the outcomes of TTTS according to the Quintero classification stage in all cases seen at Monash Health in the last 20 years.
