Comparison of new and old therapies for Alzheimer's disease

Description
There is much interest in the new therapy of Alzheimer's disease such as donanemab. However, it is not known if the new therapy results in better outcome than earlier therapies such as aricept. This study will involve using metaanalysis to compare these therapies. We will leverage our previously published work to perform this task. https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamanetworkopen/fullarticle/2818750
