RNA-based therapy to modify neuroinflammation in epilepsy

Description
There are neuroinflammatory proteins that control the production of immune response in the brain after an epileptogenic brain insult. This study will use genomic interventions to deplete these protein and evaluate the seizure outcomes. If successful, our study would provide novel targets to prevent or treat epilepsy.
