Description
This project uses spatial proteomics and transcriptomics data to map locations of immune cells within the vicinity of paediatric and adult brain tumours. Spatial analysis algorithms will be applied to define patterns of immune cell clustering that distinguish different types of tumours and patients with good vs poor outcomes, to investigate how tumours and the immune system interact in the brain and inform development of immunotherapies for brain cancer.
Basic proficiency in programming and/or statistics required.
Flexible working arrangements permitted.
