Description 
Our unit has a program of work being undertaken in a broad range of areas: - delivering palliative care by telehealth and optimising models of care - improving the provision of palliative care in aged care facilities - the impact of voluntary assisted dying on the practice of palliative care and perceptions in the community - end-of-life care challenges in haematology patients - the intersection of financial burden and end-of-life - patient-reported-outcomes for palliative care patients and their carers - opioid prescribing and refractory pain - nausea management - development and validation of prognostication tools for cancer and non-cancer palliative care settings Please get in touch if you wish to take on a project or adapt a topic to suit your area of interest.
